Biography
Francisco Cesar Pinheiro Rodrigues
Born in Fortaleza (CE), Brazil, moved to the State of São Paulo since the age of two. He is married and father of four and grandfather of six grandchildren.
He graduated in law from the Paulista School of Law (PUC). He practiced law for five years, joining then by tender, in São Paulo state judges to retire at the office of judge. Still on active duty as a magistrate, wrote two novels, "The Queen's club," under the pseudonym Fran Cepiro, and "the love of other fraud." After retirement he wrote a book of short stories, "Tragedy on the Greek island" followed by the novel "Cryonics" - on a central theme cryogenics applied in humans. He published a collection of case law of the Civil Code and published legal articles in specialized magazines.
After retirement, has been writing about the Brazilian courts and international politics. Mainly stressing the need to remedy inequities in the international area. Bases its suggestions and tries to convince the parties most directly involved in the problems.

Civil Code interpreted by the courts
Collection of case law, article by article on the Civil Code of 1916, in collaboration with Dr. Lair Loureiro da Silva Filho. Work of 1169 pages. The authors "wiped" the judgments, not eliminating the paragraphs relating to matters under consideration and stressed doctrine and case law cited by the rapporteur of the above.

A novel set in advocacy, in the seventies. A criminal lawyer is accused of murdering a girl in the program, getting rid of the body using two bags. The session of the jury, despite the work of fiction, meets all legal ritual of this type of trial.
